Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 1, 2025
Welcome to The Eat Well Studio. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website, enrolling in on-demand classes, or participating in nutrition counseling or coaching services. By accessing or using this site and services, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer
All content provided through The Eat Well Studio—including website materials, on-demand classes, downloadable resources, social media content, and communications—is intended for educational and informational purposes only. The information provided is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your physician or other qualified healthcare provider.
Participation in any program does not establish a physician-patient relationship. Nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy are only provided through formal enrollment in a 1:1 program and in accordance with California state regulations.

2. No Guarantee of Results
Individual results vary. While nutrition counseling, coaching, and educational programs are designed to support health, metabolism, and behavior change, there is no guarantee of weight loss, body composition changes, symptom resolution, or specific health outcomes. Results depend on many factors including, but not limited to, medical history, lifestyle, adherence, and individual physiology.

3. On-Demand Classes
On-demand classes are generalized nutrition education programs and are not individualized medical nutrition therapy. These classes do not replace personalized care, medical advice, or treatment. No referral is required for on-demand programs.
Access to on-demand content is granted upon purchase and is for individual use only. Content may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

4. 1:1 Nutrition Counseling & Coaching
1:1 services are offered exclusively through structured packages and may require a medical referral, as mandated by California Business and Professions Code. Single-session counseling is not offered.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information and for communicating with their primary healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions, medications, or changes in health status.

5. Medical Responsibility
Clients should consult their physician or healthcare provider before making dietary changes, beginning supplements, or participating in any program—especially if pregnant, nursing, managing chronic illness, or taking prescription medications (including GLP-1 medications or peptide therapies).
The Eat Well Studio does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical treatment.

6. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be subject to forfeiture according to program policies.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Eat Well Studio and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in programs, use of content, or reliance on information provided.
